Intellectual property & anti-misappropriation

1. All rights in the screen design, editorial arrangement, text, logo, and the database built by selecting, normalizing, verifying, and arranging data on this site (Frontier Milestones) belong to Frontier Milestones.
2. While individual facts (such as figures) may not themselves be copyrightable, the database as a whole — compiled through selection and arrangement — is a protected asset. Users may not copy, extract, or redistribute all or a substantial part of this database without prior written consent.
3. Bulk collection and redistribution by automated means (crawlers, scrapers, bots, etc.) is prohibited.
4. Imitating the concept, structure, or feature design of this service to build an identical or similar service without authorization is prohibited.
5. Citation of publicly provided summary data may be permitted on the condition that the source is clearly attributed to “Frontier Milestones.” (Applicable license announced separately.)
