Electrical capacity of the largest single AI training cluster (megawatts) — the frontier number of the buildout era, since power, not chips, is now the binding constraint. Frontier sites jumped from tens of MW (2023) to gigawatt-class (2025). Announced future campuses reach for ~10 GW; figures here are labelled by stage (operational vs build-out).
